Login to your web-based email account by following the link to Web-based email and entering your username and password. |

Once inside the message, click on the Green Check next to his/her email address.

To finish up... You must check the "Enable" box.
Note: You only need to check this box the FIRST time you add a sender. After that, this box will already be checked by default. |
Tip: If you want to save any messages that are currently in your "Spam" folder, you must move the message to your inbox.
Your "Spam" folder is cleared every 5 days. For the first few weeks, you may want to check this folder periodically to be sure that you are receiving all of your email. | |
