How to Modify Your Spam Settings In Order To Allow Mail from Specific Senders

Login to your web-based email account by following the link to Web-based email and entering your username and password.

If you have any problems logging in to your account, call our office at (973) 227-6008 and someone will assist you.

Once logged in, click on "Get Messages" in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
You will see a folder called "Spam". Click on this folder to see your spam messages.

You will see a list of messages. Determine which senders you would like to accept email from. Click on the message from that sender, to open it up.

Once inside the message, click on the Green Check next to his/her email address.

You will then be taken to a new screen. Click the "Add" Button to add this rule to your spam filter.

To finish up... You must check the "Enable" box.

Note: You only need to check this box the FIRST time you add a sender. After that, this box will already be checked by default.

Tip: If you want to save any messages that are currently in your "Spam" folder, you must move the message to your inbox.

Your "Spam" folder is cleared every 5 days. For the first few weeks, you may want to check this folder periodically to be sure that you are receiving all of your email.
