The Sasser Worm attacks a flaw in Microsoft Windows 2000, NT and XP. Unlike most other recent threats, this worm does not spread via email, and it does not require any action by the user in order to infect machines. The Sasser worm scans random IP addresses, looking for exploitable systems.This worm may cause your pc to reboot and/or severely slow your internet connectivity.
